All documents are protected by copyright and are made available exclusively to customers and users of our products. Use them exclusively within the scope of the legal copyright.

Due to constant updating of the documents, it is not allowed to publish them on your own computer systems for distribution to third parties. This is the only way to prevent the distribution of invalid (older) product documents. Please do not link directly to files, documents or images, as the file names may change. Instead, we recommend linking to the manufacturer's base website. This is the only way to provide users with the latest documents.

This is all the more important as we only make the product information available on our web pages and these documents are no longer attached to the products. Violations of the foregoing provisions may also affect laws and regulations in your country, such as copyright, medical device law, in vitro diagnostics regulation 2017/746, FDA/CLIA regulations, GMP/GLP, REACH and others.

All product documents are available for free download as PDF files, if available. Product documents include:

• Product Information (instruction manuals)
• Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
• Declarations of Conformity (for IVD)
• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) 

All documents on our website are up-to-date and have a revision date. We recommend a regularly review of the actuality of your documents.

How Do I Find a Product Document?

Enter the product number/REF (e. g. 004013-) or the product name (e. g. Leuko-TIC) in the search field and select the desired product. Alternatively, you can search for the product name in the product category (Example: Products > IVD general > Hematology...).

Scroll down and select one of the following tabs to open the desired document.

• Documents
  for product information (manuals) and declarations of conformity
• Safety Data Sheets
  for SDS-ID and Safety Data Sheets or directly www.sds-id.com
• Certificates of Analysis
  for Certificates of Analysis

Some of the documents are available in different language versions.

Why Are the Product Documents Not in the Package?

In order to conserve our natural resources, we try to keep our paper output as low as possible. Therefore, no documents are attached to our products, but only offered for free download on our website. This protects you from unnecessary documents in different languages at the same time.

Safety Data Sheets

Bioanalytic GmbH participates in the international services of SDS-ID International  (www.sds-id.com).

There you will find all safety data sheets by international and lifetime valid SDS-ID (safety data sheet identification number).

Direct references to our safety data sheets (SDS) can be found as follows:

• Label (optional)
  You can find the direct link (URL) and/or a QR code to your SDS below the SDS-ID logo on the product label (Example: www.sds-id.com/100000-4).
• Product information
  You can find the direct link (URL) and/or a QR code to your SDS also in our product information soon.
• Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
  SDS include the SDS-ID in Section 1.1 since 2012.
• Internet
  Search for your desired product on our website under products or use our search. In the tab "Safety Data Sheets" of the product page you will find the SDS-ID for the product, which takes you directly to the safety data sheets. 

Note

Safety data sheets are specific to the product of the named manufacturer. It's not legally permitted nor is it possible to use this SDS for products which do not originate from the same manufacturer.

Our safety data sheets (SDS) are protected by copyright. However, copying and duplication in the context of your own use of the products is permitted without any limitation, both on paper as in operational networks (intranet). Their distribution, publication and their dissemination to third parties is prohibited. Thus, the publication on the Internet is not permitted. This is also valid for so-called service providers. Instead, only a direct link to the SDS is permitted in the format www.sds-id.com/xxxxxx-x [xxxxxx-x = SDS-ID of the product].
