Staining kit for differentiating between gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
This classic staining method enables rapid differentiation between gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
The staining kit consists of:
- 1x 500 ml Gram's crystal violet solution
- 1x 500 ml Lugol's solution
- 2x 500 ml Gram's decolourising solution
- 1x 500 ml Gram's Safranin solution
